- PRODUCTS
All products are handmade in small batches or made to order.
Due to the artisanal nature of our work, slight variations in colour, texture, stitching, dimensions, and finishing details may occur. Such variations are not defects but part of the uniqueness and character of handmade products.
Natural leather may display marks, wrinkles, grain variations, and tonal differences. These are inherent characteristics of genuine leather and should not be considered imperfections.
- PRODUCT IMAGES & COLOURS
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible.
However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and photography. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will perfectly match the actual product.
- MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Many of our products are produced upon order.
Production times are estimates and may vary depending on current workload, seasonal demand, material availability, and the complexity of the order.
Customers will be informed of any significant delays whenever possible.
- BESPOKE & CUSTOM ORDERS
Bespoke and custom-made products are created specifically according to the customer’s individual requirements, measurements, materials, colours, or design preferences.
By placing a bespoke or custom order, the customer acknowledges and accepts that:
• The design is produced exclusively for them.
• Production begins after all specifications have been approved.
• Changes may not be possible once production has started.
• Accurate measurements and information must be provided by the customer.
Due to their personalised nature, bespoke and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
We are not responsible for fitting or sizing issues resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
- PRICING
All prices displayed on the website are listed in the applicable currency and include applicable taxes where required by law unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
- PAYMENTS
Orders must be paid in full before production or shipment.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
All payment transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
- SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated shipping times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
• Courier services
• Customs procedures
• Public holidays
• Extreme weather conditions
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Ready-to-wear products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided that:
• They are unused and unworn.
• They are returned in their original condition.
• They are returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Bespoke orders
• Custom-made products
• Personalised products
• Products modified at the customer’s request
Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned item.
- DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Photographs and additional information may be requested to evaluate the issue.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Normal wear, improper use, accidental damage, exposure to water, improper storage, or natural ageing of leather are not considered manufacturing defects.
- PRODUCT CARE
Leather is a natural material that evolves over time.
To preserve the quality of your product:
• Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
• Avoid direct heat sources.
• Store in a dry environment.
• Follow any care instructions provided with the product.
Natural ageing, patina development, and softening of leather are expected characteristics of genuine leather.
