Measure the length of your foot

1. Place a sheet of A4 paper on a flat floor against a wall
2. Stand on the paperwith the heel gently touching the wall
3. Hold a pencil vertically and trace around your foot
4. Measure the length diagonally from the back of the heel to the top of your longest toe
5. Compare your measurement with our size chart

Measure the ball girth (Metatarsal Circumference)

Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the ball of the foot, passing over the bunion on the inner side and the widest point below the little toe on the outer side.(picture 1)

Measure the instep girth (Tarsal Circumference)

Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the instep, measuring at its highest and widest point. (picture 2)

For the most accurate measurements, keep your foot flat on the floor with your full body weight evenly distributed while taking all measurements.
