Returns Policy

You can return your order within 5 days.

Apus does not cover back and forth delivery costs. It is solely the responsibility of the customer.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, Apus is obliged to refund you within the first 15 days from delivery.

However, Apus does not refund customers who have already used the products or mistreated them.

For orders shipped outside Greece, the customer is advised to send back the order to the following address:

Το κόστος επιστροφής επιβαρύνει τον πελάτη, εκτός αν το κατάστημα έχει συμφωνήσει διαφορετικά ή το προϊόν είναι λάθος/ελαττωματικό.

Ορισμένα προϊόντα μπορεί να εξαιρούνται από το δικαίωμα υπαναχώρησης σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα νομοθεσία, όπως προσωποποιημένα προϊόντα, σφραγισμένα είδη που αποσφραγίστηκαν ή ψηφιακό περιεχόμενο υπό προϋποθέσεις.
